The food quality in the restaurant was quite good.
Upon my arrival, the parking was full, which forced me to park 500 yards away on the street. This inconvenience was further exacerbated by the hotel's lack of proper disability access. I found the interior of the room to be dated with issues like worn carpet and staining. It was like a combination of neglect and outdated design, not what I expected for the price.

Without a doubt, the excellent quality of the beds; very high quality mattresses, very comfortable. Also an extraordinary mention to the TV-UHD of at least 50" located on the wall. Good width of the room.
Actually, between the two questions, I would like to know what you liked less? 1.-I would say that the Minibar (more like a Microbar), which does not cool down as expected and in exchange generates a lot of heat. We all - why not say it - like to have our own drink or an alternative product in case you need a treat (chocolate, yogurt, milk, juice) or a medication that needs to be refrigerated. The change of bath towels, if you are ordered and hang them up once used, they consider that they can withstand another use and they do not replace them; Moral: once used, you cram them up and leave them in the bath; you have to look like a piggy bank to have your towels changed daily, as befits a 4**** hotel. What didn't you like? Without a doubt, the economic policy of breakfast is not necessarily included in the price, and if you include it or book it at the same hotel, you can have a "breakfast with diamonds" at a price from 10 to 16 euros per person/day. A real nonsense. At 100/200 m from the hotel you have cafeterias that for 10 euros have a breakfast for 3 people with coffee+garnish so richly. Do the math and you will see the savings. The parking lot, 12 euros a day. This already enters the chapter of personalized extras. 10 metres from the hotel is the end of the perimeter of the Blue Zone and you may have to park 300m away at the most. I saved 84 euros which helped me to pay the tolls in part.

Everything about this small family run hotel was lovely. The restaurant was nice for both dinner and breakfast, I tried amazing dishes. The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a short distance from Alluitz. It was a wonderful area, a reasonable base for me.

The Silken Gran Hotel in Durango features a lovely lobby and garden, instantly cute upon arrival. My room was spacious, equipped with a king-size bed, a sitting area, and essential conveniences like a fridge and kettle. The internet connection was reliable. I enjoyed a solid breakfast with options like scrambled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as well, specifically the steak. Navigating the many stairs to access the hotel was a challenge, especially after a long day. There's no complimentary tea or coffee in the room. The gym access comes with an extra charge, which I wasn't aware of beforehand. While there were a few drawbacks, the positives, including the helpful staff and good food were nice.

We really liked the hotel, its location near the center as about 5 minutes and gives you the necessary tranquility and silence. Triple room but not with extra bed. bed was like the other two, comfortable. complete and perfect breakfast. One of the best coffees I have ever had in a hotel. We also had dinner and everything was very good and lots of it. Perfect. It's very clean, friendly staff, concerned about your comfort.. spa (paid) is very complete perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Although at first it feels small, then you rotate around the stalls and it's great. In general a hotel of 10 to which we hope to return
The room was triple in a double so the size to move around was a bit smaller in the third bed area. I would still place a triple in a slightly larger room, but we were still comfortable and comfortable

size of the beds, had a view of the pool and garden and location
It had many scratches on the doors and there were some pieces a little damaged especially in the bathroom q you do not end up d know if it was completely clean or was q a little old and on the other hand the service of the bar on the terrace, very little effective and with few details to be a 4 star or simply for a bar, in addition to being inedible cover q put just in time d tapas (skewer pot) and q to announce and result taan bad is much better not to say anything and avoid a total shame! In addition, the use of the pool was restricted because there was a wedding, which I find regrettable because if I choose that hotel for its pool and then prevent me from using it in the best hours of the day should be discounted in the price.

Our superior double room with a view was excellent-spacious and impeccably clean. The pool area remained calm and inviting. Dinner could be a bit greasy.

the room and rest of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. decoration is classic and with good qualities, according to the singular building and 4 stars of the hotel. breakfast is rich and varied. It is well located a stone's throw from the historic centre.
The feeling of trying to sleep in a cheap hostel. I had bad luck with the neighbors in the next room; some kids who at 2:00 am were partying and playing video games and they didn't stop coming and going, slamming the doors. At the reception they didn't do anything when I called the first time and I had to make a second call in a more angry and demanding tone for them to take action. On top of that, as soon as the sun comes out, light comes in through the window. They should have some curtains that don't let in so much light.
